I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

We are very happy with polelectric we had our bungalow re-wired by mirek and his team, the price was quoted and it was the price I paid, the work was completed to a good standard, the workers were on time and turned up every day for 5 days, they were all polite and professional. I would use them again and have already recommended them to my brother in law.,

I thought Geoff did a thorough job. He even sent photos of the work so I could see the supporting structure build under the floor that was covered by the finished work, in order to show the full detail done and it had been done correctly. He was slightly late turning up, due to traffic but sent a covering text. I would use his services again.

Russell replaced two rotten supports on tiled front porch. First class workmanship, matches the rest of the porch. The long support was angled and required intricate joints . Well pleased would reccomend Russell anytime. A fair price too Bob

What a superb craftsman Ian is. He couldn't have been more helpful throughout the work always keeping me informed, checking things as necessary.
