Perry and his team were highly professional in every respect - they responded quicky, provided a thorough and competitive quote, and finished the project on time and on budget and to a very high standard. They were also very polite and friendly.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Lichfield waterproofing provided a quality service. The work was carried to a high standard in an efficient time. All materials were removed and the area left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

After posting job details on Rated People at 9am on a Sunday morning, Graeme called, visited and assessed job on that same day. He carried out necessary temporary repair work to stop leaking roof and advised removal of chimney. Work carried out as agreed on budget and on the days planned. He knows his trade well, and gave us excellent advice. Honest, reliable and reasonable!! Will use again.

Richbuild were brilliant! Rich and his assistant were reliable, efficient and tidy. The plastering work was finished to an excellent standard and was mixed so well that it dried fully in only a few days. Our professional painter even said it was a suberb job. On top of that Rich has given us lots of helpful advice and he's a friendly, easy-to-talk-to guy. He was very pleasant to have in our home - respectful, cheerful, chatty and hard working. Thanks Rich!

I thought Geoff did a thorough job. He even sent photos of the work so I could see the supporting structure build under the floor that was covered by the finished work, in order to show the full detail done and it had been done correctly. He was slightly late turning up, due to traffic but sent a covering text. I would use his services again.
