I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

I have had a lot of work done this year and have finally found a team of real professionals that I can stick with. I found Peter and his team completed work to a very high standard often going above and beyond expectations. Russell replaced two rotten supports on tiled front porch. First class workmanship, matches the rest of the porch. The long support was angled and required intricate joints . Well pleased would reccomend Russell anytime. A fair price too Bob

Dave was quickly out to price the job and quickly out to repair. He had a problem with the parts he used and he came straight back to us again and again until in the end he changed the parts completely. Very good service and will recommend Dave and use him again, if we should need a plummer in the future.

The Lyburn team did a great job a plastering and painting my small but awkward bathroom. Arben responded promptly to my calls, was happy to fit around our schedule, and completed the work at sensible price. His team alway arrived on time, courteous as they worked and cleaned up at the end of the day. We would defiantly call them in again.

Elliott responded quickly to my request, indicating that he could view the job promptly. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Since the website requires a star rating I have given him good ratings bsed on the email exchange with him alone, no work having ben done.

We had our consumer unit moved from the loft to the kitchen, really pleased with Giles, gave him a key so he could start work as we were away until late morning, he worked all day explained everything we had to know, would always use him in the first instance for anything electrical, thankyou Giles for all the help
